Aidcen Platform Community Guidelines: Visual Content, Group Spaces & Intellectual Integrity

Welcome to the Aidcen Platform. Because we are a digital interactive showroom dedicated exclusively to market-ready, completed solutions, the visual evidence you share—including images, screenshots, embedded videos, and community discussions—is the lifeblood of our ecosystem.

To maintain a secure, professional, and high-trust space for innovators, investors, entrepreneurs, and consumers, all users must strictly adhere to these Community Guidelines.

1. Truth in Showcasing (The Authenticity Mandate)

Aidcen is a zero-tolerance zone for napkin sketches, deceptive editing, or unproven concepts.

Authenticity Requirement: Every video and image uploaded or linked to your Showcase Blog must depict a physically functioning prototype, a live software beta, or a commercially manufactured product.

Prohibited Content: You may not share pure Computer-Generated Imagery (CGI) animations, deepfakes, conceptual 3D renders that simulate functionality not yet achieved, or heavily edited footage that misrepresents how your solution performs in real life.

Contextual Clarity: If a video uses a simulation or a controlled environment to demonstrate a specific feature, you must explicitly state that context within the blog text.

2. Video Hosting & Multimedia Integration

To optimize platform performance, we utilize reliable external video hosting networks while allowing direct image uploading.

Video Embedding Rules: Aidcen does not directly host video files. Innovators must host their product videos externally via YouTube or Vimeo and embed the link directly into their Showcase Blogs. You must ensure your privacy settings on those external platforms permit public embedding.

Direct Image Uploads: Static images, diagrams, infographics, and screenshots can be uploaded directly to the Aidcen Platform servers. Supported formats include standard web configurations (.png, .jpg, .jpeg, .webp).

3. Dual-Layer Group Ecosystem (Public vs. Private)

Aidcen provides separate communication layers to maximize public validation while safeguarding internal company collaboration.

Public Forums & Groups: Public spaces are designed exclusively for general product discovery, answering audience questions, and transparent investor vetting. Information shared here is visible to the entire world, indexed, and completely public.

Private Team Spaces: Innovators can establish secure, private groups and forums dedicated exclusively to their internal innovation team. Content, files, chats, and text shared inside these designated private spaces are completely hidden from the public feed, investors, and standard platform users.

Platform Security: While Aidcen employs robust security protocols to restrict access to private team spaces, creators should still exercise professional discretion regarding highly sensitive, unpatented trade secrets.

4. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership & Licensing

You retain ownership of the content you create, but you grant Aidcen the functional rights required to operate the showroom.

Your IP Remains Yours: Publishing videos, images, or text on Aidcen does not transfer ownership of your underlying inventions, patents, copyrights, or trade secrets to us or any other user.

Platform License: By uploading visual media directly or embedding links, you grant Aidcen a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, host, and distribute that media strictly to make your content accessible to its intended audience (publicly for showcases, or restrictedly for your private team groups).

Third-Party Infringement: You must own or have the explicit legal right to use every asset in your media. This includes background music, stock footage, third-party logos, or code repositories visible in screen recordings. Any reported copyright infringement will result in the immediate removal of the offending material.

5. Public Disclosure Risk Disclaimer

Aidcen is an interactive public showroom. What you post in public sections will be seen by the world.

The Risk of Public Disclosure: Because Aidcen emphasizes public Q&A forums and visual showcases, embedding public videos of your product may constitute a “public disclosure” under global patent law. If your technology is not yet patented, publicly showcasing it could destroy your ability to secure a patent in the future. Use your Private Team Forums to discuss pre-patent information securely, and keep public showcases focused on functionality rather than proprietary blueprints.

Disclaimer: Aidcen Platform is not liable for any loss of intellectual property rights, copycat designs, or patent disqualifications resulting from the visual media or text you choose to publish openly in our ecosystem.

6. Zero Tolerance for Malicious Content

To maintain a safe enterprise environment, all directly uploaded images are automatically scanned.

Cybersecurity: You may not upload image files or input video embed links containing hidden malware, tracking scripts, viruses, or phishing components designed to compromise our user network.

Professional Conduct: Visual content must be professional and safe for work. Media containing explicit material, harassment, hate speech, or defamatory depictions of competing brands or individuals will be permanently wiped, followed by an immediate ban of the creator’s account.

7. Reporting and Enforcement

We rely on our community—especially eagle-eyed investors and competing engineers—to keep our showroom pristine.

If you spot a showcase utilizing stolen imagery, misleading video editing, or a product that violates our “Market-Ready” parameters, please flag the post or contact our support team directly at support@aidcen.com.

Violations of these guidelines will result in warnings, temporary showcase suspension, or permanent account termination depending on the severity of the infraction.
